At the Children’s House we believe that our staff are one of our most valuable assets. We try to ensure that they reach their full potential by making sure that all staff have full access to appropriate training and development both within the childcare facility and by recognised training authorities outside office hours. We are staffed with highly qualified and experienced childcare workers and comply fully with HSE guidelines in regard to staff experience, qualifications and staff/child ratios.

All our staff are fully Garda vetted and have been chosen due to their ability and desire to work and care for the children. We feel, as do they, that to get the very best out of each and every child they must be treated with the utmost respect at all times and given the opportunity to interact with their surroundings. Our staff have many diplomas and degrees and a vast amount of their accreditation’s are in our corridor on our notice boards for all parents to view should they so wish.
